About Us

A Message From Our Founders
Based in Chicago, IL where there is a vast car scene, we are esteemed car and motorsports enthusiasts. Having personally owned sports cars, high end vehicles, and super cars, we know how much of a hassle the car buying process can be. While the enjoyment of getting in your new car for the first time is unmatched, the goal of Torquest is to drastically minimize our client's time and effort by managing the entire vehicle acquisition process from initial search to the keys landing in their hand.

Our relationships with dealership networks, auction houses, and high-profile owners of car collections provides unparalleled access to the vehicle inventory universe, from high volume production vehicles to rare 1 of 1 spec exotics.

Trust us to help you buy (and/or sell) your special possession.

The car community has a way of bringing the right people together. Bryan and Ryan crossed paths at an indoor luxury car wash in the Chicago suburbs — a compliment on Ryan's Porsche Macan GTS was all it took, and what followed was a friendship that grew naturally over years of shared experiences, from F1 watch weekends and track days to watching each other navigate some significant purchases.
Ryan's garage evolved steadily over that time, moving from the Macan GTS through a variety of high-end sports cars and exotics, while Bryan was developing his own lens on the industry — spending over a year representing luxury brands on the dealership floor as a sales advisor and finance manager, from BMW to Porsche, before channeling that experience into a career in medical sales.
With Ryan's business acumen being in private equity and M&A for 8+ years and Bryan's retail automotive background, they have a uniquely grounded perspective on how these transactions actually work. And after enough purchases between them, they had an equally clear picture of where the process consistently falls short for buyers. This business was built to close that gap — handling every detail of the acquisition process, from search to paperwork, shipping, and paint protection, so that buying an exotic feels the way it should: exciting, not exhausting.
